Cloud Operations Engineer at Zoho

1. Candidates should have good knowledge in Linux kernel, OS and cloud infrastructure components.

2. He/She will be part of Data Center Infrastructure team and responsible to manage Zoho’s various Data Centers.

3. Should be interested to work in 24x7 rotational shift, which includes monitoring of servers and Zoho applications.

4. Configuring and provisioning of Linux kernel and OS for large number of servers.

5. Installing and maintaining various infrastructure components such as DNS/DHCP/NTP/Proxy/Load Balancers.

6. Working in different Open Source tools for automation (Puppet/Ansible etc.).

7. Coordinating with teams for DB/Application upgrades.

8. Carrying out regular DR switching tests across the globe.

9. Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision and handle multiple priorities.

10. Must exhibit good communication and be able to function well under pressure.
