PhD Student, University of Alberta, Canada

A couple of open PhD positions in my group (The Maple Lab) at the University of Alberta, Canada. Both positions are related to applying/develop static analysis techniques to boost the performance of JIT compilers. Both position are fully funded, and also come with potential collaboration with industry. I’m also happy to host a postdoc under the umbrella of the Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship. It’s open for Canadians permanent residents, and international applicants as well. If you’re interested in joining my group for a PhD (or thesis-based Master’s, which in the Canadian system is pretty much a 2-year PhD), or interested to apply to the Banting postdoc fellowship email me, Dr. Karim Ali @ karim.ali@ualberta.ca.
